I live in Oshawa and I visit this location, probably every other month and honestly, I hate the Customer service. All these Caucasians work here, including the management team and I always feel Unwelcome and the way they stare at you i feel very judged. you hardly see anybody with colour working here it’s always these white people and it’s probably because they’re really racist maybe that’s why they don’t hire anyone else but white people. Went to this location earlier today. Its my first time buying makeup and learning to do it, so I went in for a shade match. One of the workers, Liz, was such a great help! She took her time to explain stuff and found me a perfect shade and awesome lip combo. Tried it on and I feel really enhanced and confident. Will definitely look for her again whenever I go back. Such a gorgeous person both inside and out, thank you!

My bff and I went here to look for her wedding scent. I asked the manager for someone to help us who knows perfumes and fragrances and she paired us with a woman named Kayla. HANDS DOWN… one of their BEST shopping experiences I’ve ever had and I shop a lot!!! She was so informative, listened to my friends requests.
