My fiancé and I stopped in on Valentine’s Day to pick out wedding scents for our upcoming Newport wedding this summer. Very disappointed with the services my daughter left crying and her whole day got ruined pictures were canceled. When calling back I spoke with the manage and she was very in professional. She coauthor me off before explaining that when I first walk in I was excited to see someone of color because my children are mixed. I thought she would understand her skin tones but before I could even explain what I was trying to say she cut me off and went off on me calling me racist. Associates might need another training session when it comes to customer service. I went there yesterday and wanted to take my time looking for skin care products as I finally had a chance to go shopping without my toddler. Not once was I approached by an employee. However, about 4 different employees made their way to the back where I was and peeked/lingered a bit to see what I was doing. It was off putting and although I made a $98 purchase, I will not be going back to this location again.

I wanted a makeup refresher for day makeup and to keep it simple! Brandi understood and educated me and applied it beautifully! She was so knowledgeable, efficient and even gave me a color chart so I can follow on my own. There was no upselling and it was worth every penny!
