Showed up at 5:55PM and was refused entry based on this Sephora location closing at 6:00PM. Number 1.) Why are you closing at 6PM on a summer Friday in Newport? Number 2.) If you’re going to refuse entry for people at 5:55PM, lock the door. This early closing timing in a highly trafficked area is very confusing. Let’s skip the awkward conversation.
Great location I've been to other Sephora stores but none like this the store clerks were courteous helpful and so very polite. They helped right away and didn't rush off they made sure that my daughter and I found what we were looking for it was her first Sephora trip! She was very excited and I'm glad I brought her to this store for her first time shopping there she was very excited I highly recommend stopping in if you're ever in the Newport area near Thames Street.
