For such a cheap birthday gift , it was non sense show from staff. I’m in a 2 weeks after my birthday , they said you passed it , so ridiculous
I’ve been shopping at Sephora for as long as I can remember and am currently at the highest Beauty Insider tier. In all my years as a customer, I have never been treated as poorly at a Sephora location as I was today. I completely understand that situations happen, but what matters is how those situations are communicated and handled. I had such a great experience with Paniz at Sephora! She was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through everything, including things I didn’t know before. Got my Makeup done On friday with Mehrnaz and she was outstanding !!! showed great hospitality and did amazing makeup for a wedding i had the same day! She was very nice and welcoming , she’s much appreciated and is an amazing makeup artist, definitely coming back for her 🫶🏼🫶🏼
