Had a lovely interaction in store but was shipped 1 item - wrong shade was ordered and sent and also given 1 wrong shade in person by an associate who held my cart the entire time and checked me out. Called customer service and was refunded the shipped to me item, was then told I had to return in store for the other purchase, which is unrealistic since I live 2 hrs away. Super frustrating and not great customer service considering I spent over $600.

They are literally so rude. I went there few days ago, I bought a perfume, they sold me an opened package. At billing counter i asked the girl like whyy its not sealed, then she asked me who give upu this and all. When i told her that she said she our manager let me confirm once again. She said it comes like its the new one and all . I visited Sephora on Tuesday for an eyebrow tinting service (my first time trying it). I was told the tint would last 4–5 weeks on the hair and about a week on the skin. However, by Friday (just 3 days later), the tint had completely faded from my eyebrows. I went back to Sephora to check with the team about this issue.
