I had a really good experience at Sephora during a busy sale period. I’m also writing this after using the products and I’m really happy with my purchase so far. Bela helped me find hair products that actually suit my hair type, and Kamelia was also very helpful with skincare and summer makeup even though she was on her way to her break. Both of them were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their help.

Neisha at Upper Canada Mall Sephora, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. After I pointed out that the tester for a Merit lipstick was missing, instead of assisting, she brushed me off by saying there’s a “process” to replace it and walked away. There was zero effort to help—just a condescending attitude and complete indifference. Neisha’s negative behaviour ruined what should have been a pleasant shopping experience. I had such an amazing experience a few days ago thanks to Kamelia. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and gave me thoughtful, personalized recommendations. She made my whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable.
