I had gone into sephora at upper canada to explore options of different face creams. The employee named Christine, was absolutely amazing! She knew the products gave me samples to try and I ended up accidentally forgetting the samples at the store. When I came back in later that week, she was there and had put them aside for me. She went above and beyond and was the most helpful!
Super racist experience. Was dismissed and one of the girls tried to put concealer on me without even straying it down first. This is the second time I received terrible experience at this store and I thought I’d share it. I’m very disappointed as I had been coming to the store for almost 3 years now.
Incompetent and rude workers here.
