I found the products I was looking for, but the salespeople were not patient and didn’t seem interested in helping. The person assigned to assist me seemed confused the entire time, so I eventually told her that I would find the product myself. Additionally, I noticed that their Sephora Collection is incomplete. As a customer, I would expect them to carry all products from their own brand at the very least!
Today I made a trip to the Newmarket Sephora to purchase MAC lip liners, specifically edge to edge. I am a VIB Rouge member and I’ve always had good experiences with the staff at this location, However, this evening I had the absolute rudest experience with one of the beauty advisors, Taylor. They did not have a tester for the lip liner so I opened one up and was going to inform the staff of the missing tester.
