Too many employees standing around talking and not actually being helpful. Stopped in on a Monday to pick up a new moisturizer and other items. I shop at Sephora often and spend thousands here yearly. Only time I was offered help it was clear that I was being watched. While teenagers are huddled giggling in corners sampling items they aren’t buying. Worst Sephora l've ever been to. The employees completely ignore you. On my first visit, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were just busy. But when I returned and tried to ask for help, every single employee would literally walk away from me. It was like a group of friends standing around talking-then scattering the moment l approached, almost like turning on the lights and watching roaches run. It was frustrating and unprofessional.
