Yesterday was my first time in a Sephora. My husband and I walked in and not a single person greeted us, I couldn't tell who was a customer and who worked there. The music was terribly loud. I just grabbed a mascara and eyeliner and left. Back to Ulta for me.

I have been to this store multiple times and every time I leave feeling the same way, disappointed and frustrated. The only person who has customer service abilities is the Latin man with curly hair and a nose ring, I didn’t get his name. The ladies that work at that location are rude and will walk right past you without offering a helping hand. I’m a few weeks behind but I had to share my glowing review. Tl;dr - I found exactly what I needed in record time—in and out in 10 minutes. - I have a deep special appreciation for people who understand hospitality, which also means being aware of needs on the peripheral vision.
