This location is really pretty and I love coming to Bridgeport. The only thing is when I walk into this Sephora the workers are watching you like a hawk and following you around like you’re a criminal. It makes you take offense like they think you are too poor to be shopping here. Friendly Helpful staff. I had Ericka help me with a full face makeup I needed last minute and she did an awesome job. She made the entire process seamless and we had a lot of great laughs.

I usually enjoy shopping at Sephora, but every time I visit this location the experience is disappointing. The staff here are not welcoming and rarely offer assistance, even when it’s clear that customers need help. It feels uninviting compared to other Sephora stores where associates are more attentive and supportive. I hope management can address this, because better customer service would make a huge difference.
