My partner and I came in store today and was looking for a fair powder and eyeliner. Tristan that was helping us had mentioned rosacea, which I suffer from! They recommended using a Peter Roth moisturizer jelly or something. I have used Dr. Jart+ and it never has worked for me, so I was willing to give it a try. I can't regulate my heat due to a issue and your face burning with rosacea is torture! Do not come to this store. They don't honor their return policy. I used the same credit card when I make the purchase but they said its not in their system when I'm return my stuff that I didn't like. Save you time and go somewhere else.
Omg talk about a highschool atmosphere. I was in there for an hour with nobody ever acknowledging my existence. When I finally asked for help the staff treated me like I was a total inconvenience. Did not make me feel welcomed. Will just go to the Ulta next door for now on
I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but I had such a great experience here today. Maggi was SO helpful. At 20 years old, I’ve never learned how to do my makeup and was looking to buy foundation for the first time ever. Maggi found me the most perfect shade match on the first try!
