i was having a really bad day and had to return a few things i thought id like but didn't (from a different location) and the woman who assisted me was amazing. i wish i caught her name. if you're reading this, i returned the little tote bag and lotion and perfume gift and you said really kind words that I needed to hear. thank you so much, you made my day better 🤍 i will be returning!

I never leave reviews, but Jeanette at the Eastview Plaza Sephora completely changed my mind on the company. I have been coming to Sephora for over 10 years and I learned things I never knew about the company’s services because of Jeanette. Absolutely amazing customer service by Kam. probably one of the best makeup specialists on the floor and you're really lucky if you get her. Extremely knowledgeable about makeup products and will take the time make sure you are getting the right product. She loves what she does, and it shows!!!!
