Overall experience was fine, easy to find what my fiance needed, but there was a pushy color specialist who lectured my fiance on the color she was headed the the checkout with, and this color specialist told her she needed that color anyway. It was just a waste of time. We told the color specialist that we didn't need help once, and she came back to make it a whole ordeal.

I came in about a week or two ago, the Sephora employee that helped me I believe his name was Marco, lemme just tell you, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. I’ve recently had a skin switch up, weather, pregnancy whooo knows, but I’ve had the same routine for a million years and it no longer works for me. This rating only applies to their makeup brush line. There service is always very good but NO WARRENTY on make up brushes. 60 day return or replacement but no warrenty, So if it starts falling apart and you want a replacement for the same brush hope that happens before 60 days.

I have been here several times with great results. I got a lip gloss sorted out in about 5 minutes before a date, I have found a great scent brand that I love (Skylar, no longer in the store sadly)... The free samples are pretty sweet and generally I've had pleasant, professional help. Today I was there and Nevaeh helped me, who was super helpful and lovely.
