No. This Sephora has stuck up sales people. Not sure what they're stuck up upon but they don't know how to provide good customer service. This store needs to working on being respectful and cordial. If they don't like their job, then they need to go somewhere else and work

Big Sephora fan! I shop at Sephora very often but this particular location is not great. Always out of stock on products which isn’t the biggest concern here, frustrating sure but the customer service is a bigger issue. Every time that I go, the service is bad. My most recent visit I tried to get help and they were a few minutes away from closing, which is why I was trying to get help to try to get out of there before they were closed, and I was quickly dismissed by an employee saying that she was off and therefore couldn’t ... read more

About Michelle : I bought a glow recipe serum and used it twice and came to return it. I had probably used maximum 10 drops of it and when I came to return it, it was in my trunk and It’s leaked as it was clearly seen in the box that the serum was literally everywhere so now the serum was left 50%. This has happened to me before with other Kerastase Genesis and they have exchanged it. I went into the store. Worst customer service. I was disappointed with the customer service at this Sephora location. The store associates came across as very entitled and had an unfriendly attitude.
