I just wanted a color match to purchase some foundation from this store. The associate would not match me unless I gave my information to sign up. She harassed me multiple times to sign up. Ulta doesn't require a sign up to be matched to spend $ in the store. Will stay with Ulta.

There is no way they are not pumping fragrance through the air supply at this Folsom, CA store. You can smell fragrance 5 feet out the door before entering! It is impossible to shop in store without getting a terrible headache. Beware if you are asthmatic as well. This is so disappointing. 3rd time here in 6 months and I’m no longer accepting their lame excuses that people are just spraying perfume to test them. Can’t shop here anymore…sigh :-(

I was very quickly assisted by a latina associate at this store - I believe her name was Liz. She was attentive to my needs and although a product was out of stock she seamlessly added it to my checkout to be shipped to my home. She was so sweet and even ensured my checkout process worked out as I was leaving. Great customer service is hard to come by in beauty stores for whatever reason, so I felt this encounter should be recognized.
