I walked into this Harrisburg PA Sephora and was pleasantly greeted by an employee named Bridget near the front of the store. I headed towards the fragrances and there were two more employees engaged in a conversation. One of the employees turns and looks me up and down (not nicely) and turns back to the other employee to continue their conversation. No greeting, no offer of assistance. Holiday shopping is a great time to explore new products while getting the ones you need. The staff and makeup artists offer excellent suggestions when you are looking for specific items. I need a full lash, but not excessive fullness. A makeup artist helped me find a suitable product from a brand-new-to-me brand called Lilly Lashes. And self-adhesive for five wears.
