For that particular visit, I rate a 5! I had received an online order. One of the two items were unexpected and unexceptable. It was a travel size perfume. The container was totally empty!! Unbelievable! This was an item that they didn't have at the store. I called and explained what happened and I was told that I could still bring it in for a refund. I said, "great! I was just here for instacart shopping, I hate stores like this.....BUT the women who helped me, her name is Amber!!!! Absolutely amazing, patient and there was a long line, she knew I was doing instacart and cashed me out with the handheld device!!!! Thank you a million times

Very upset with this location. I am a Rouge member and spend thousands of dollars a year. This location did me grimy. They're sheisters! I saved up two $100 Rouge Rewards coupons to go toward a $450 bottle of perfume. - With these coupons, you can't get your points back. Anyways, the lady said they had my large bottle of Kilian that I wanted in stock. I confirmed 3 times because online said it was not in stock.
