The “undercover” security at this location are terrible at their job. They follow you around without any sense of awareness. I was followed the entire time when I had zero shopping bags, no purse and just had my cell phone and car keys. Sounds like they were profiling me based on my race and appearance.
Line out the door with employees everywhere but they only had two at the registers. When I asked why they couldn't have more people working the front to help with the 45 minute line, they said "they were going their best" and did nothing about it.
The young lady that helped me, was GREAT!!! She's one of the cosmetic specialists, so sorry i forgot your name!! I think it's Melanie? Any ways, i was looking for something to help control my oily skin isssue. She did a color match for me. She knew instantly what i was looking for. Her recommendations where on point. I made a refund at this store but payment hasn’t been credited to my original card to what’s nearing a month. The cashier who was processing my request was rude to begin with so I’m wondering if she didnt process this on purchase even though she took back the items. Customer service through chat and phone have been a nightmare to go through and I don’t know what to do.
Hit or miss customer service. Most employees are very wonderful and have given me good advice and listened to my concerns regarding the beauty products. However on one of my recent visits, I was struggling with a foundation match and tried consulting an employee for help. I tried telling two employees my concerns regarding matching to my neck and they didn’t listen to me at all.
