I came in on a Saturday midday and was greeted by Tara when I came in. She was very nice and made sure I knew I could come to her if I needed anything. I ended up needing a color match so she did that for me and I got to ask her some questions about products I was interested in. She wasn’t pushy for my to buy things now (I’m waiting for the sale coming up) and have me all the help I needed. Such a well organized store and the staff is great!
Just bought 💄 makeup here & got a free bday 🎂 gift 🎁 today! The workers here are attentive & honest! Been coming for the past 5 years! They've helped me find My Korean skin care products, certain rare perfumes, haus lab & makeup 4 ever reviews, & helped me get my online 😊 thing started! I'll be coming back & I'll ask about Selena's rare beauty line 💄!
DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE IT IS A SCAM. Bought a $100 gift card from them and turns out there was no money in it. Called the number on the back of the card, with the store managers present, and was told card was activated but never loaded. The manager Rasha refused to refund me my money or give me a new gift card. I contacted Sephora customer service and they said the store should be able to resolve the issue.
