Extremely disappointed with Sephora Daly City. I had a makeup appointment booked with Sabrina for my mom and received a last-minute cancellation. When I spoke with Rose, she told me there was no other artist available to cover on the day of! No warning, no solution, no effort to make it right! This is exactly the kind of situation where a beauty service should show up for their customers, and they completely failed. I had to scramble to find someone else and such an added stress! the stores online staff suck at helping. The lady that was helping me had a horrible attitude because she couldn’t solve the issue. She wouldn’t let me explain what I was trying to explain without cutting me more than 5 times. Repeatedly telling me that she doesn’t know what to do about the issue.
