The store manager, Irish, is THAT girl! I came in on a Friday night, desperate for a color match for a foundation so I can do my makeup for my engagement pics. Although super busy, Irish made me feel not rushed, not stressed, and absolutely beautiful. She took her time showing me two different foundations and explained each one, along with other things I would need to make my look complete. I could not be happier with her customer service, and all the products I purchased from her. Love this location!
For some context I had to get concealer and other products. As a guy I felt a little embarrassed about getting these for myself but Afifa made my experience great. She was knowledgeable and took a lot of time and effort to get me something suited for my skin and something that I would use regularly. She’s kind, approachable and a great staff to have in the store. Thank you!
Extremely disappointed with Sephora Daly City. I had a makeup appointment booked with Sabrina for my mom and received a last-minute cancellation. When I spoke with Rose, she told me there was no other artist available to cover on the day of! No warning, no solution, no effort to make it right! This is exactly the kind of situation where a beauty service should show up for their customers, and they completely failed. I had to scramble to find someone else and such an added stress!
