I went to shop with a friend today. She was looking for a lot of items for an upcoming event and we were lucky enough to have Sabrina help us. She spent a lot of time finding just the right products for her skin type and coloring. Sometimes it’s hard when you’re over 50 to get recommendations that work for aging skin but Sabrina was knowledgeable and made the process so easy. Of course I ended up buying a few things as well because of her recommendations. We had a lot of fun and learned a lot.

I was looking for a new concealer and Sara was so kind and knowledgeable. She was able to identify the right undertone for me and find a shade that actually matched. If you’re having any trouble or questions with color matching, definitely go in-store and ask for help. I would’ve saved myself so much time instead of trying to figure it out through online reviews. Thanks again Sara!

Stood near the cashier waiting for someone to assist me, employees kept talking as if they didn’t even notice there was a customer waiting. I eventually had to approach them myself and ask if someone could help me. One of the Asian employees, specifically the woman with blonde-colored hair, also failed to add the points to my account. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much I could do afterward because I paid in cash and opted for an email receipt, which I never received.

The store manager, Irish, is THAT girl! I came in on a Friday night, desperate for a color match for a foundation so I can do my makeup for my engagement pics. Although super busy, Irish made me feel not rushed, not stressed, and absolutely beautiful. She took her time showing me two different foundations and explained each one, along with other things I would need to make my look complete. I could not be happier with her customer service, and all the products I purchased from her. Love this location!

For some context I had to get concealer and other products. As a guy I felt a little embarrassed about getting these for myself but Afifa made my experience great. She was knowledgeable and took a lot of time and effort to get me something suited for my skin and something that I would use regularly. She’s kind, approachable and a great staff to have in the store. Thank you!
