I arrived at this location at 8:49 pm tonight and the doors were locked which is well before the 9:00 pm closing time. I only needed to grab one thing quickly but a staff member saw me and made a dismissive gesture to show they were closed before ignoring me entirely. It is frustrating to be turned away early especially when the staff does not provide any explanation. If the store closes at 9:00 pm then customers should be allowed to enter until that time. I will not be returning to this location.

I hate going to any Sephora nowadays, particularly this location. I really try avoiding this company unless I know exactly what I want already & where it’s located. My experience is always the same, no matter when I pop in. I walk around aimlessly for 5-10mins, sometimes more if I have the extra patience, but no one ever asks if I need assistance, & finding someone to ask for help seems to be a chore. So I had to work all day today and have an event for tomorrow so I asked my 16 year old daughter to go get me some stuff that I needed real quick, she was told to leave the store and with a bad attitude because she is under 21, I have been shopping with Sephora for a very long time and I have never ever heard anything like that I wish I knew the girls name but that is very disrespectful. I am definitely calling the headquarters and also sending an email this is unbelievable.
