Ive shopped at Sephora multiple times and always had the nicest encounters but today was horrible, as I was checking out, I asked an employee (I forgot her name but she was wearing a mask) the price of the products to double check and she was just rushing me to check out immediately asking if anyone helped me out today and didnt even acknowledge my question till i repeated it and she looked annoyed. Even caught her rolling her eyes. Talk about excellent customer service lol

I shopped at your store just a few minutes ago, and one of your staff, Amy, started following me around right from the start. As a long-time customer, I found this behavior grossly offensive and very disappointing. You really need to do a much better job training your staff—this is unacceptable.

Honestly so disappointed about my in-store experience today. I was given a gift card for my birthday and I came in to look at the new laneige lip balms. Normally that should be a pretty easy experience except nobody cleaned up after someone has exploded every single lip balm. I couldn’t sample anything and the whole product display was a mess.
