Hello everyone, if this situation happened recently, I bought perfume in this Yves Saint Laurent store. It was stored in a closet where there is no direct contact with light, but after 90 days it changed the smell to a sharp alcohol smell. The store said they couldn't help. Maybe it's a factory defect or it was stored incorrectly. I don't know. But if you want to get a perfume that becomes unsuitable after 90 days, come here. Thank you.

Ive shopped at Sephora multiple times and always had the nicest encounters but today was horrible, as I was checking out, I asked an employee (I forgot her name but she was wearing a mask) the price of the products to double check and she was just rushing me to check out immediately asking if anyone helped me out today and didnt even acknowledge my question till i repeated it and she looked annoyed. Even caught her rolling her eyes. Talk about excellent customer service lol

I shopped at your store just a few minutes ago, and one of your staff, Amy, started following me around right from the start. As a long-time customer, I found this behavior grossly offensive and very disappointing. You really need to do a much better job training your staff—this is unacceptable.
