The store staff has always been amazing, I have no complaints, but today Kaia helped me. What a professional young woman! She is incredibly wonderful. I loved how she assisted me—she was patient, quick, and efficient.

I had to go in for a very last minute eyelash application and didn't have time to find a babysitter not only was Rylan very friendly to me and calmed my nerves but was also great with my kids and went above and beyond to help me keep them calm and sitting down, they even showed my autistic son their nails because he is very fascinated with nails lately.

I went into Sephora with little knowledge of makeup. The lady helping me was amazing and told me what would work best for me and why I was having issues with my foundation looking cakey. She explained that I need to put moisturizer on first and it will help the foundation sit better. It’s a simple and obvious thing to do, but I genuinely didn’t know and she said it very nice and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. For the life of me, I can't recall their name, but they have they/them pronouns. REMARKABLE service. I love that they referred to me as "Beautiful" throughout our endeavors of trying to nail down the perfect mature skin foundation. Extremely knowledgeable of Sephora products. Heck, they even rattled off ingredients by heart. Crazy. She made me feel at ease when I dropped a sample pallet on the floor, as I was mortified and embarrassed by my butter fingers.
