Recently, I have seen content linked to Huda Beauty that many Iranians view as aligning with a regime responsible for the mass killing and violent repression of the Iranian people. I will not be purchasing from Sephora, and I call on fellow Iranians and all people who believe in human rights to consider doing the same until Sephora ends its relationship with this brand.

As a whole I liked Sephora, but the product quality has gone down. I purchased an Anastasia Beverly Hills ultra slim eyebrow pencil in September and it did not last a whole month, but I’ve been in camp working and was over the month return policy but they young lady did offer to sell me a new one after she told me it was user error for the pencil not lasting long. She explained the 3 she purchased for her changing hair colour tend to break off in the tube and you as the user need to be careful when you are using the product ... read more

Staff is so rude in this specific sephora i’ve never had a positive experience. So pushy about buying things or completely ignore you when you need help. Tall man is always very rude and would not help me and my mom at all. Would rather drive all the way to edmonton then come here again.

Booked my makeup and was for a special occasion, when I arrived there; was informed that makeup artist has left. Canceled on me very last minute and left with no option at all. I wonder why did they book me if they were short staffed. I called the lady informed me that they were literally available whole day. Very unprofessional and trying to compensate me with mini free products.

The store staff has always been amazing, I have no complaints, but today Kaia helped me. What a professional young woman! She is incredibly wonderful. I loved how she assisted me—she was patient, quick, and efficient.
