For the life of me, I can't recall their name, but they have they/them pronouns. REMARKABLE service. I love that they referred to me as "Beautiful" throughout our endeavors of trying to nail down the perfect mature skin foundation. Extremely knowledgeable of Sephora products. Heck, they even rattled off ingredients by heart. Crazy. She made me feel at ease when I dropped a sample pallet on the floor, as I was mortified and embarrassed by my butter fingers. Horrible service from jenna. Im quite new to makeup of this level and wanted to drop a good amount of money and asked questions about the products and told her what i normally use so she could help me find something better and i was told how horrible my products were and was made to feel dumb. The eye rolls and the condescending attitude when I told her why I liked them were enough for me to never come back. Ill stick with shoppers beauty department. Terrible service. Tried to exchange a product that was gifted has a defective nozzle, leaks- they refused. I feel like for the ridiculous price you pay you would at least be able to exchange...so her gift is now garbage.. thanks sephora GP being cheap... Ive had issues in the past, but I guess it matters whos working
