I come here quite often to accompany my daughter while she shops. The place smells like BO and selection is pretty poor. But what I've come to notice is when the employees ask if you need help it comes across as they're more concerned you may steal something. Not a great feeling coming to this location.

The associates here need an attitude check and a reality check. I have never been talked to so rude by the sassy man on the register and the girls here always follow me around as if I’m stealing. Never coming back again.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Sephora. I was carefully selecting some high-end beauty products and walked to another section to look at foundations while holding the items I had picked. Suddenly, one of the staff members ran after me, clearly assuming I was about to steal something.
