I am really sad and did not want to write this review but I think others should be aware. I paid for a full face makeover as a rouge. The girl was lovely and I even gave gratuity given my fixed income currently. This was a lot of money for me to spend and I did it for an event. By the time I arrived home from my makeover, my makeup started pilling so I had to try and fix it before the event and my lash would not stay on past maybe 3 hours. Do not recommend this Sephora location. I purchased a 10ml fragrance here and when I got it home (2 hours away) I opened the box and found a half empty bottle. It’s clear they are selling used products as new here. Definitely pick another Sephora!

I’ve consistently had pleasant interactions while receiving wonderful service from the staff at the Sephora in Towne Center in Fayetteville, but I wanted to give a shout out to your girl, Eileena! She was attentive, provided honest feedback, imparted useful knowledge on the wide range of fragrances offered in-store, and shared excellent scent-layering suggestions; frankly, she saved me from wasting a pack of scent strips in order to find what I was looking for. The staff minus Shiva and another woman were very rude and much less accommodating than you would ever expect in a customer service industry. I'm aware of the reputation Sephora has for the rudeness but this isn't cute or appealing and I'm sad I spent there but won't do it again.
