WHY are the employees so condescending LMAO, it’s honestly kind of amusing because, I’m just trying to shop and look around and they give you the nastiest side eye ever?? Well organized sephora that is conveniently located in the mail. They have a good selection, but like always wished that sephora had a larger glossier selection in store. The staff was helpful, friendly, & kept the line moving quickly. Plus they have all the birthday gifts, which is nice.
Can’t say that I’m surprised, but I was highly disappointed when I came to Sephora today. Brought my daughter here to get some of her skin care stuff. Typically when we come her we are greeted with a friendly hello and smile followed by several people asking if we need help finding anything. Went in for my birthday reward because it was not available at the other Sephora, the person working the counter told me she could not give me my birthday reward because I used my regular earned points at another location and it is either use ur points or redeem birthday reward. I do not understand because that is two different things. I earned the points from purchases and my birthday is different. This is bad for business the associate could care less. Never again
