I’ve been a rouge rewards member for several years but don’t expect to be treated like you’re a loyal customer at this store. Very disappointed.
The staff at this location is really rude. They aren’t accommodating or helpful, and really lacked kindness in our interactions. I wouldn’t return to this location.
This was the first time to this Sephora in San Antonio. I have been to several Sephora and by far the staff were the most sweetest people and extremely helpful.
I just left Sephora in the quarry with my mom and did not have a great experience. Most of the time the employees are eager to help, usually having at least 2-3 people come up and ask. This time no one asked, we found someone and asked for help. She did not seem interested at all to help my mom find a color match and in the middle of helping her she walked away and we could not find her to see which number worked best. I am highly disappointed in this employee Lizzie.
