Associates always walk past me (male) and never ask if I need assistance when I’m clearly holding make up for myself. I came in today with a friend (female) and everyone was so willing to to help her after a while, when she declined help they again look at me and walk away until I assertively say “but I could use some help though.” Seriously this attitude needs to stop. Especially with them having pride decode all over the check out counter.

Red head at register around 1230- 1 on 6/15/25 had an attitude because I asked her not to staple the receipt to the bag. Instacart customers get a digital receipt. Anyways she claimed she must staple it and then slowly gave me the bag claiming she has never heard of this request before. I came back in because I also needed to scan the receipt and she rudely commented " oh so I did need the receipt " ..which was never the issue. The store is in a great location and very clean, which made a good first impression. However, the employees were disappointing. There were three of us in an aisle clearly needing assistance. We asked an employee for help, she briefly spoke to us, then simply walked away. We tried again to get help with finding a foundation and getting a color match, but were completely ignored. Eventually, we gave up and left. If you're looking for real assistance with products, I recommend going to Park Meadows or Cherry Creek Mall instead.
