I had a really pleasant interaction with David today. He was empathetic, knowledgeable, and funny. He took care of me right away and educated me on the face I’ve had for 56 years. He did a color test that told me which products in the store to choose and what shade was perfect for my skin. I left feeling heard and understood. David is a gem.

Multiple employees walked past me without helping me. Multiple employees were standing around just watching people instead of asking them for help. The line was long and only one other employee came up to help the cashier with a new line. I don't understand all of the employees who are standing around if they're not there to help they should wear a shirt that says loss prevention or makeup artists or something so you know not to ask them to help you actually buy things in the store which is what you come in there to do there... read more
