I was at this Sephora a few weeks ago with my Mom, to look specifically for "clean /green" make-up for her. We did some research on some products prior to coming to shop but given how large the store is we really needed a store associate to help us. That's where we met Bitel and she went above and beyond to help us out. She literally took us around the whole store recommending and finding products that would suit what we were looking for. Very helpful and friendly
Popped in there today with a few items I wanted. I had the great pleasure of being helped by Emily! She was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and helped me located one specific lipstick shade I was looking for. It took us a bit of time, but she was adamant she’d find one for me, and she did! Emily, thank you so much for ALL your help!
I went in today looking for several items, and am a longtime Sephora customer. I usually order everything online but last time it took nearly a week to get to me which was really disappointing. Luckily I now live close to Park Place so there’s no trouble going there. I was helped today by a really nice girl, super knowledgeable. Something I wanted wasn’t in store so I went to the cash to order and have it shipped - not ideal but I had no choice. Unfortunately it was sold out online.
