While I do not wear many cosmetics, the staff at this location have always been helpful, welcoming, and courteous. I purchased a tinted sunscreen a couple of years ago, and today I purchased a cologne. Great staff! I will return someday.
I had such a great experience! I believe the girl who helped me was named Jessy (I hope I got her name right). She recommended the perfect foundation shade for my skin—it was an amazing match! I only had about 10 minutes, and she was incredibly quick and efficient. She even helped me check out in just a few seconds. Thank you so much for the great service!
Better to shop online than visit park place location
Never again will I shop at this location- I’m buying direct from the companies. The last few experiences I’ve had here were not pleasant, waiting around for assistance, having to ask multiple staff who seem to be just walking around the store but can’t assist with recommendations. But the last visit completely ruined Sephora for me. I was one of three customers in the store with about 5 staff.
