Really beautiful Sephora. Excellent customer service, everyone was extremely friendly and super knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. They took the time to help me find a product replacement which is now a new favourite. (Bianca is amazing at finding the right shade.)
I generally don't go into these stores because of my allergies..However I made an exception because of it being my Granddaughter' Birthday and she loves your product and stores. I went to buy a HAPPY BIRTHDAY gift card which I Instructed to the young lady at the cash.. I did not realize until I got home that this young girl gave me a DIFFERENT CARD,and not the one I SPECIFICALLY asked for. Instead of saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY, I get for my #1 sephora fan.. Disappointed with Brow Appointment at Park Place Sephora I’m very disappointed with how my eyebrow appointment was handled at Park Place Sephora. I had a 12:15 PM appointment and, despite facing some unforeseen traffic delays—including getting stuck behind a dump truck and navigating a one-lane road due to construction—I still arrived at the store by 12:20 PM, according to my phone.
