Never been here before and Kylie I think her name was, really understood what I was after for skin care. Made me feel very welcomed. You think the line would be a long wait to but it really wasn't. She gave me samples to try before I buy and so far so good. Will be back again

Every time I walk into this specific location, I get pestered by all the employees and forced to use a bag when I’m only trying to buy one item and it feels like I’m getting profiled because I’m a teenager trying to shop for a beauty item. It seems like they’re assuming that I’m stealing every time I walk in there and it’s never a pleasant experience.
