Friendly and understanding staff but I bought the cologne sampler set and was expecting the full bottle (100ml, as said on the packaging) of Maison Margiela by the fireplace but then realized when I opened it that it was the 30ml and it did not mention the size of the bottle on the packaging. When I tried to ask for a refund or exchange, I was told there aren’t any refunds or exchanges. I was then stuck with a 30 mL for $125.
