I have been going to this location for years and i have been to sooo many locations and none of them beat the staff here! Everytime I come in they are always so sweet and helpful!! I will forever be a santan sephora regular!!!!!
I recently visited Sephora and had a disappointing experience with customer service. The sales associates were not welcoming or approachable, which made the visit uncomfortable. I’ve never had this issue at any other Sephora location. This seemed specific to the store on Williams Field Road. I hope they improve their customer service moving forward.
nice place to shop for cologne
I came to this Sephora only to make an exchange and it’s the closest location to me. Each visit , I always have an “odd” experience. Others mentioned they were followed around. Well, today, it was as if I was invisible. I watched and listened to employees greet other customers and check in on customers to see if they needed anything. Those same employees walked right by me as if I didn’t exist. I walked the entire perimeter of the store and nothing. Please do better.
