Rude but products are good
There’s 10 people in line and only one person at the checkout… it’s been a while and it seems that after a time of having everyone waiting, you might want to call for backup
Jess and store manager were so rude about store return
Amazing customer service to say the least. I was struggling to purchase products for my teenage daughter, but thankfully this beautiful kind employee was to my rescue! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, color matched my shade, and helped me feel beautiful and young again! After feeling doubt walking into Sephora that day I left with to my surprise, new products for me and my daughter, and a smile on my face! Thank you Sephora manager Jess for making my day.
