Asked for help finding a certain shade of lipstick and the associate looked at me confused or irritated and told me where the lipstick can be found without helping me. Really? Least helpful location ever, won’t be coming back
Love the store lay out is great, etc. But, to preface I understand sephora workers can be pushy and in your face. Me and my friend were shopping and a certain worker would NOT leave us alone. She kept tailing us like we were stealing and then while me and my friend were trying out a product she came back for seriously, like the sixth time in the span of 10 minutes, and told us we were being too loud and interrupting other customers peace. Your male associate that is working refused my return even though I have my barcode and online it still says I can return so what the heck is his problem and why wouldn’t he do his job and process my return?awful customer service.
