I hate going into this store. I have gone in many times and the service towards me is crap. I see many other people getting color matched. I have asked for help and been ignored. Lauren helped me with an exchange this last time and it was the best customer service I have gotten.

Caroline helped me today and she was absolutely fantastic! She listened to my concerns and asked me questions about what I do and don’t like. I’m excited to try all the new things I bought today! She was extremely knowledgeable!
I used to absolutely LOATHE shopping at Sephora. The staff would stalk you and constantly ask if you needed help. I would cringe when I’d go in because I’d get swarmed. It was beyond annoying. Let me browse in peace! Now… I dread going in because you can never find someone just to check you out. I have had to wander the store just to find someone to charge me for my shampoo/conditioner. Call me Goldilocks, I guess. Sephora is one extreme or the other. If it weren’t the only place I’ve been able to find K18 in stock, I’d shop... read more
