I asked for samples of two different primers as I have very sensitive skin and typically like to test those out before I purchase the full size. This is what I was given. This amount doesn’t even look like enough for one full application for my face. The gal helping me out said initially said she’d would call someone else to help me get my samples. I had such an amazing experience with a worker named Elaina. I haven't been in a Sephora or makeup store in years. She was super sweet, personable, and attentive toward me. She is extremely knowledgeable in skincare and makeup techniques, quickly narrowing down what I needed. She did a wonderful job and skillfully matched me to my color of foundation and taught me about primer, setting powders, and layering. I am extremely pleased with the products she recommended to me. Placed an order I believe to be curbside after a long couple weeks, as a pick-me-up, and I had my young child with me and planned on a curbside pickup. Curbside sign was out when I arrived, but was informed after I arrived that I hadn't put the order in for curbside and they couldn't bring it out because it was against policy. I purchased a lotion that I was told was similar or the same as another brand I knew worked for me. That new face cream did not work and broke me out. I tried to return it and was told they will not return or give credit bc I was over the 39 days. I didn't even want the stupid cream their staff kept pushing it. I will never ny from Sephora again. I'll rather order what I know works online and skip this store. Thanks Sephora you have lost a customer for life.
