The hours are incredibly inconvenient. And the service is kind of mid as well. But the hours are So bad.
With a background in loss prevention, I recognize the need for security. But this location confuses vigilance with hostility. The atmosphere is so overtly suspicious, it undermines the shopping experience entirely. Paranoia doesn’t prevent loss—it prevents sales. I spend significantly at Sephora, but not at this location. To other shoppers - don’t take it personally.

Honestly, no issue to the one employee with hot pink hair. She’s a gem. Her coworkers on the other hand were completely rude and disregarding, there was an issue with their POS system and we’re not willing to find a solution. After telling us to move to another cash register, we did do so in which the general manager came up to us and told us that they were closed and therefore we had to leave. Extremely rude and honestly would not recommend anyone to come to this location.
