I went to collect my birthday gift which was July 16th.. I figured that like most other places I would have a month from my birthday but apparently Sephora does it 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after.. So I was a bit bummed out as that was the only reason I went out of my way to go there.

This Sephora is the most uncomfortable Sephora I’ve ever been in. For some reason, the associates are obsessed with loss prevention and will follow you uncomfortably your entire shopping session. Despite living less than 5 minutes from this location, I gladly drive to Michigan and hit up the Metro Detroit stores instead. As a Rouge who spends a dumb amount at this brand and a former retail worker myself (at a brand with great LP practices!), I can’t understand why they act like this.
