Didn’t like the experience at all today! Brought in an unused product to return because it smelled bad. They did not accept the return! Saying it was over 30 days when in fact it wasn’t! It even let me return it through online and telling me to bring it to the store. It was funny cuz the guy got irritated by me when I said it’s not more than 30 days he even raised his voice a bit. Not satisfied with their service at all. Had to mail the return in and wasted my time going in the store!!

Staff is friendly and very helpful! They are always able to help me find what I'm looking for or offer good alternatives if what I want isn't available. Really makes shopping for makeup as a newbie less overwhelming.

Went in to get eyebrow makeup and had no idea where to start. LJ (Lindsey) was seriously the best! She led me right to some different options based on what I needed and helped me find the right shades. I also had a really great conversation with another kind lady at the cash register. Overall, I had an awesome experience! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.
