Staff is friendly and very helpful! They are always able to help me find what I'm looking for or offer good alternatives if what I want isn't available. Really makes shopping for makeup as a newbie less overwhelming.
Went in to get eyebrow makeup and had no idea where to start. LJ (Lindsey) was seriously the best! She led me right to some different options based on what I needed and helped me find the right shades. I also had a really great conversation with another kind lady at the cash register. Overall, I had an awesome experience! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Isabelle is a gem. She greeted us right away and kept it real with me about my skin tone and issues matching my color. She gave me samples to try (I have been to hundreds of Sephoras and no one has done this). Helped me pick out a new setting spray too. She was the best. Glad we stopped there while out of state.
