I rarely leave reviews, but after reading others with similar concerns regarding attitudes I felt it was important to share my experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled makeup appointment and was called after a short wait. However, the appointment felt rushed likely because they strictly stop at the scheduled end time regardless of when the appointment actually begins. Be prepared to not be helped. I was in the store for about 1 hour more or less and not one person offered to help. They were are all standing around talking about their wedding plans and eloping laughing and just looking at me like I didn’t belong there. When I paid the guy that charged me asked if anyone helped and I said no to what he said “oh yes we’re under staffed today” okay sure but the 4 ladies in the floors are chatting away?
