Lack of diversity in the staff i haven't seen a Latino worker in 6 years at either store Kohls of apache mall. Other than that its a great store.

Comparable to Ulta but harder to move around because the isles are to small and my they are always packed

I was just treated super rudely by check out staff. They rang up my merchandise and I received a text from my credit card company that the charge went through, but the card reader said my card was denied. I showed the manager the text. I didn't want to re-ring the charge until I knew for sure I wasn't paying twice for already pricey merchandise.
