Sana is truly intellectual, helpful, and exceptionally kind. I initially thought she was a manager. She certainly deserves a raise and significant recognition. I will be returning to this store because of her excellent service.
At Sephora mill station, the purpose of BOPIS is totally defeated. Only a manager can retrieve BOPIS orders. I waited over 20 minutes for the manager after the associate called her. In the time I waited I easily could have shopped for my items and checked out myself. Sephora, people use BOPIS when there is an urgency. If you insist on making customers wait for a manager to make her way out of the office (while there are several available associates on the floor) then you need to make BOPIS the manager’s top priority. A young lady named Sana helped me assist some skin care for me and I’m very new to skin care, she suggested good products for my skin, I’m glad I listened to her and bought those products. I will be coming back to this location!
