I tried to leave a survey, but the link wasn’t working—so I wanted to share here! I had a wonderful experience shopping for perfume with my sister, thanks to Michaela. She was absolutely lovely—welcoming, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She really knew her stuff and made the whole experience feel like shopping with a friend. We laughed so much! I was just visiting, so this isn’t my home Sephora, but whenever I’m in town, I’ll definitely be coming back. Michaela made our day!
Ms Kiss was such a pleasure ! She made me feel confident, she educated me and she had a great personality. In that short time that I was with her, I felt like I met my new best friend! lol she is really a gem in the Owings Mills store. Her product knowledge is impressive, she was personable and made sure I had everything I needed for my bday! Left with way more stuff than I intended but that was solely because of how great Ms Kiss was !
