Disappointed as I tried to return a foundation that was too dark. I wasn’t aware that the policy changed from 60days to 30days for returns. I wasn’t aware 2 days over the 30day policy and manager refused to make an exception which I found quite unfair, disappointing, and not very in-line with Sephora's usual customer service. Separately I will say that Emma was a big help.

I had a wonderful experience getting my makeup done by Helai for a wedding. From start to finish, Helai was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She kept checking in with me throughout the entire process to make sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing, from the colours and products she was using to the overall look we were creating. I recently visited Sephora Mapleview to return a lightly used item that was well within the 30-day return window. I had my receipt, the product, and proof of purchase. The only issue was that my debit card had been replaced by my bank, so the card number had changed though it was still linked to the same account. Despite having everything in order, the staff refused to process a refund and would only offer store credit. If you order online to pick up in store they will sell you used products. Be careful. They don’t care! This Sephora is horrible, the employees have horrible customer service. They are so entitled. I had to call Sephora concierge to fix a mistake Sephora Mapleview did and admitted to. They don’t take accountability and are unapologetic as well as unprofessional.
