Disappointing experience at checkout. We went to this Sephora to pick up a gift for my husband, and unfortunately the cashier’s attitude was quite rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, especially from a brand like Sephora. This experience definitely affected my overall impression.I won’t buy anything from this branch again. It felt like if I had been making a purchase instead of just picking up a gift, the attitude would have been very different.

Staff never greet you when you enter the store or say anything when you leave. Staff don’t ask if you need help finding anything. The store is always messy and disgusting looking.

HORRIBLE customer service on Jan. 2nd 2026 8pm. The workers at the front of the store by the door did not bother to say welcome or hello when I walked in, they would rather sit in a circle and talk but I noticed when other people walked in they had no problem greeting other customers.
