Absolutely horrible service by the manager (a man at the front of the store). I came in shopping with my mom and she asked three times if a product was on sale and to specifically know which ones were on clearance, he was extremely passive aggressive and rude and did not give us ANY product knowledge or information on the items and only said, “the ones next to the 30% off sign,” with the rudest tone and standing still. I absolutely love shopping in Sephora! Not only are the products top quality, but the manager in the Coquitlam is an absolute professional. Her Instagram stories make it so easy to understand what each item is for and how to use it. Her reviews and explanations really help me make better, more confident choices when shopping.
