Review for Mohini; I visited the Sephora Coquitlam Centre branch, and Mohini helped me find the perfect foundation for my skin. She also recommended and tested a face mist that I absolutely loved. I had full Face makeup session with Fazia (Faeze). And she did an incredible job. She was so nice and kind and very professional and did the make up exactly how I imagined it. Definitely recommend her. She was Amazing!!
I visited this Sephora recently, and as soon as I stepped into the store one of the staff (an Asian girl with black shoulder-length hair) immediately stopped me to ask if I needed help. That kind of approach feels overwhelming and very unpleasant. Please let customers first step into store, browse and shop in peace! I know your managers keep asking you to give customer service to avoid “No*as” and “No*m*ns,” but asking every single client the moment they walk in is not the solution. Geraldine offered to help me, I have been having a really hard time with my acne / makeup routine and feeling really confused on what to do. She took the time to ask me questions and educate me, and she was very compassionate as this is a very sensitive issue for me as well. Went into this store to look for a lip liner to match a lipstick I had, asked 5 people and not a single person wanted to help me. Not only did I feel like I was unimportant it definitely made me feel ugly. Not a good location
