I wanted some recommendations for liquid foundation. I asked a staff standing at the front of the store for help. She said she will call someone over to help me. I waited for 5 minutes and finally saw two staffs coming my way. They ended up helping someone else who happened to be browsing around. I asked the staff at the front when will someone be able to help me, she smiled and did nothing. I just walked out. This is terrible customer service. I will not shop at this Sephora.
I had a 60-minute makeup service with Dena, and she was amazing. She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave great recommendations, and made sure the makeup suited my style. I was very happy with the final look. I definitely recommend her!
I arrived at the very last minute before closing, and a girl named Sana helped me so much. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, and she truly understood exactly what I was looking for.
