I had a disappointing experience at Sephora Coquitlam center recently. While waiting in a busy line, I was the first person in queue when a sales associate named Faezeh bypassed me and assisted someone who had just joined the line. It turned out that the other customer was purchasing a lot of items, and when I raised the issue, Faezeh responded, “She’s my customer and I want to help her.” I found this approach very unprofessional and unfair to other customers who had been waiting patiently.
