I met kails today, she got the scarface makeup from lion king movie which i totally loved! And about her customer service hands down! She guided me with such patience and knowledge she has of every product is just amazing! She took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended products that worked perfectly for my hair.
I bought some eyelashes from Sephora and requested to have them put on. The tech did a great job putting them on and she was very good. Sephora now charges $15 to put lashes on. I was told that the company decided this after Covid as the company was loosing $. I don’t have this done often if ever so I took the service and paid $47 for lashes and to have them put on. Even though it was the end of the day and she must have been tired, she still gave me her time with kindness, patience, and a big smile. She made my shopping experience wonderful and memorable.
