I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for many years. Their return policy used to allow up to 90 days for a refund, but I wasn’t aware that they had recently changed it to just 30 days. I was only one day past the 30-day limit when I tried to return two items today, but they refused to accept them or even consider a one-time exception or store credit. Crowded, products in disarray and out of stock in popular shades. Some products only stocked in the checkout area, with no way to look at them unless you wait in the long line, only to be told to stop holding up the line. Noisy too, overall just an overwhelming atmosphere.

After many many years of shopping at Sephora, I think I found the products that really match me and work for me all thanks to Ghada who helped me. She truly was amazing and helped me with everything. I finally know what goes what and what works for me. Thank you Ghada!

Everything you'd expect from Sephora in terms of products and overall style. For the most part they staff were happy and friendly, but I bumped into a few not so happy and friendly ones over the years.
