I had a terrible experience at Sephora today. The employees were super pushy from the moment I walked in, constantly trying to upsell me on products I didn’t need or ask for. When I finally asked for help picking out a foundation, the guy assisting me was incredibly short and rude—he barely wanted to answer my questions and seemed judgmental about the way I was dressed. After waiting in line a long while, my daughter tried the Sephora branded lip liner she bought. The tip was broken. The replacement one’s tip was also broken. This time the cashier sent us to the back of the line instead of processing our return. This is not the way to treat a customer that just spent $160 in your store.
Shoutout to Christina at this Sephora: she was super nice & helpful with finding all the items I was looking for, and also let me know about the latest launches in the store! Thank you!
