I just went into Sephora to make a return and buy a few things with the sale happening since I am a rouge member but it’ll be last time I go to this store. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and never experienced this level of disrespect. As I was waiting in line, I pulled up my leggings and when I tuned and saw one of the employees Chris, staring at me. I’ve never felt so uneasy shopping in a store before. While the employees were technically “polite,” it felt like I was being watched like a hawk the entire time I was in the store. I was followed around so closely that it was impossible to browse the store in peace. There’s a big difference between being helpful and making customers feel like they’re under suspicion and this location completely missed the mark. It came across as intrusive and unwelcoming. I just had the best experience working with Elisabeth! she spent probably 45 minutes shade matching me for concealer and helping me pick out several skin care products. she was so patient and kind as she answered all of my questions and educated me on each product. everyone else there is just as nice and helpful- I can’t recommend this location enough!!
