I was profiled even though I made a purchase I went back and contemplated on buying a eyeshadow palette, as I was swatching.. instead of asking me for help she just stared at me and moved closer to me to keep an eye on me, so instead of purchasing more I left since I felt uncomfortable. I was just using up a gift card so I will be going to Ulta going forward

They have a huge selection of skin care, make up and more -And there is always an associate willing to help you find what you need plus they are always friendly. I was in there today and Thai was super helpful.

Cashier was rude , rushing me to pay my products when still looking through the products that are in line before paying , after paying she literally threw me my bag she had really bad customer service and it seemed like she didnt want to be there.
