I come here quite a bit for my wife and daughters. Always scared when I get to the door and within 3 seconds someone is helping me. I have what I need on my phone but don't know where anything is. 3 seconds after that my phone is in the consultant's hands and about a minute later the entire order is back into my hands. The employee that took my phone in was able to complete my order and hand it back to me in less than a minute her name was Sammy. Also was held by Rhiannon. My recent visit to Sephora was incredibly disappointing, especially considering my past experience as an employee. I truly can't imagine what my former boss would have said about the way I was treated. Upon entering the store, I approached the two greeters positioned at the front – literally the first faces customers see. I tried to ask them for assistance, but to my surprise, they completely ignored me and continued their conversation as if I wasn't even there. I’m not the type to take the time to write a negative review but this is now the second time that a worker at this location has been really rude to me. I asked one of the workers for help and she chose to ignore me and mumble something and then just walk away. Super rude and unhelpful for no reason.
Vanessa was very helpful and very courteous to my needs. Also very kind!
