Today was my first time in this Sephora- a Friday, around 4:30pm. Maybe it was the B team and I got unlucky but regardless I'll never go back. Have been shopping at Sephora stores for over 20 years (I'm 54) and have always been impressed with the level of CS. The CS in this store was so bad it was embarrassing. Plenty of employees standing around chatting with one another. Not a single one looked to be doing anything job related- the store was dirty in areas, and poorly stocked. I visited this location today to buy some foundation and beauty advisor Gabby was phenomenal! So knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond with service. 10/10 experience!
