Stopped by for a quick visit to stock up on some travel-sized refills and ended up picking up a new cologne as well. Even though it was a short stop, the experience was excellent thanks to Kasandra, who took great care of us. Kasandra was incredibly helpful not only with the transaction but also with guiding us through a few cologne options. Have had good experiences at this store before. I don't know what's changed but recently I haven't been greeted or offered help when I've gone in. I have gone in during both busy and empty times, and the sales associates always seem to be in conversation with one another and ignoring customers. I have left this location the past few times without buying anything because I actually needed help and while there were plenty of associates, nobody was interacting with customers.
