I had an amazing experience with Gabriella, she spent ages with me as we tried on foundations from ALL the brands in the store. Even as waves of customers came in and the place got crowded she never failed to come back with a smile to assist me as I had several more makeup questions. All the staff at this location are sweet, knowledgeable, and patient!
One of the worst customer service. I went to find my concealor shade, asked the store and they flat out told me, I need to buy the makeup service. They can’t help otherwise. Please check out Sephora at Stanford shopping mall and hilsdale mall, great services. Just for details, in case , customer service is important to this Sephora and they genuinely care and want to improve, I went there at 4pm on 12/21/24.
