I was going in to get something small and was looking through the small drawers cause the item I was looking for was not stocked but apparently it look like i was stealing or something because the way the lady reacted was very rude and unexpected. Always nice and greated at the door.
I stopped by today and had trouble finding my shade of a popular foundation, and Sydney took the time to check the system and locate extra stock in the back which I really appreciated. She checked me out at the front and was very friendly. When I got home I noticed two of my items weren’t in my bag and I knew it either rolled out in my boyfriend’s car on the way home, or may have been left at the store (she took my items out out to put them in a larger bag and I worried maybe they didn’t all make it into my larger bag).
