Had to put what I wanted to purchase back on the shelf two older women ( workers ) following me around the store was enough for me. Love im good . I guess if I had a different “appearance” cough cough they wouldn’t follow me.
I got a product and it had mold in it
I always receive great customer service at this location. Super friendly and personable staff that have a lot of knowledge about the products. They also have a great selection of products, many of which are sold out at other locations. Clean, easy to navigate store with great products and friendly customer service!
I've never had a bad experience at the Sephora in East Cobb. This time they were so kind to wait with me while my bank was taking forever to release my account. I'm travelling well over an hour just to visit now that I'm in a different part of the state but when you get good service you travel for it nowadays!
