Wanted to buy the new d&g cologne perfume. Sailes person picked out a bottle for me but was the incorrect cologne i brought that up and she insisted it was the new one. It ended up being the wrong cologne. I ended up exchaning it and almost got sold the same wrong cologne for a 2nd time which. Then after realizing the actual cologne i wanted was sold out. I went in to get a couple items and Savannah was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable about the products. She even got me to buy a couple new things.
My survey expired but I want to recognize JOEL who helped me at the Sephora in Christiana Mall. He is extremely personable. He should be directing that store. He made me feel like a special customer. He demonstrated a multitude of talents. He also knew the products and presented them in a professional manner. What a dynamic person you have there and Sephora might want to elevate his talent to a higher level.
Katherine helped us tremendously today. She is extremely knowledgable and sweet. Her recommendations were all spot on! I dont wear make up myself but I was shopping for a special lady and she made it so easy.
