Nobody at the counter, sat there for 5 minutes before someone came over,checkout took forever asking me for all this information when I was just grabbing something simple and wanted to leave. the checkout girl was rude and when I said have a nice day as I was walking away she said whatever. you would think you would get better service while buying over priced products.
The two ladies that helped me were very kinda and helpful ( I forgot the one woman’s name but it started with an F). Just a breathe of fresh air from the ulta in the plaza next door.
I was disappointed by my recent experience at this Sephora store. The staff were not welcoming or friendly, and when I tried to ask for assistance, I was ignored. Some employees spoke in an impolite manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Sephora is known for its customer service, so this visit was really surprising and unfortunate. I hope the store team can reflect on this and provide better service in the future.
My mom, sister, and I wanted to have some fun getting ready for my cousins wedding but only one make-up appt was open. When arrived, Alejandra moved her day around so she could accommodate all three of us. Ale did all of our makeup perfectly, kept a fun conversation going while steadily working for several hours, and was just amazing all around.
