Usually I would give this sephora 4/5 stars. But I just wanted to share my experience. Yesterday I went to this sephora and I understand black friday is busy but you’re still at work. While shopping here yesterday I got bumped into 2x and shoulder checked 1x all by employees. Everyone was in a bad mood and it was an extremely unpleasant experience. No other customers were bumping into me & people were saying excuse me and were being mindful of everyone around them. Completely taken back by these employees yesterday :(

I stopped by quickly to grab what I needed before work and was greeted by Frances. Frances was so beyond welcoming and she immediately felt vibrant and overall happy. She pointed me in the right direction and helped me find exactly what I needed while also being personable. She’s the type of person you hope to meet every interaction. Store itself was clean and organized well! Forever a returning customer.
Waited over 10 minutes for an online pickup order because no one acknowledged I was there. Then had no help picking a shade for a foundation, and had 3 associates walk past the register while I tried to check out. Terrible service.
