Katherine helped us tremendously today. She is extremely knowledgable and sweet. Her recommendations were all spot on! I dont wear make up myself but I was shopping for a special lady and she made it so easy.
Fernanda was very, very friendly and helpful in getting me the items I needed, particularly considering my first option was sold out online and only 2 were in store (I needed 5). The person that started helping me in the beginning (I didn't catch her name) was also very helpful.
Usually I would give this sephora 4/5 stars. But I just wanted to share my experience. Yesterday I went to this sephora and I understand black friday is busy but you’re still at work. While shopping here yesterday I got bumped into 2x and shoulder checked 1x all by employees. Everyone was in a bad mood and it was an extremely unpleasant experience. No other customers were bumping into me & people were saying excuse me and were being mindful of everyone around them. Completely taken back by these employees yesterday :(
