I came into the store not knowing where to go or where to begin. Jude made my first make up experience great! I was so lost and Jude came right over to help me with her expertise and made me feel comfortable! She was also incredibly patient with my incessant questions as a newbie to the make up world. I went to Sephora not knowing a thing or where to begin. Katy was super helpful and so kind. She helped me thru the process with not only recommendations but with care a patience. What a relief having such a kind person able to help me. Kudos to having her there!
This location is off the beaten path, so it is not crowded at all. The reason they get a 5 star is because they have most products in stock, and even though I had to wait a bit to get help at the register it was worth it cause I felt confident in my purchase. Came into the store to purchase a $28 mini perfume. For some reason it came up to $70 instead. I brought it to the cashiers attention and she called someone over to help. The lady tells me they have to check the “footage” of me buying the perfume. I honestly have no reason to steal anything out of Sephora. I can buy what I need with no problem without stealing . I took it as racist. Unbelievable.
