I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sephora. I stopped in with my baby, who was not feeling well, and because I had forgotten our stroller, she was sitting safely in my Trader Joe’s shopping cart. Instead of showing understanding or compassion, I was told I could not bring the cart into the store. they won't have my business due to their horrible phone service with assaultive noise substituting for music while holding. i hung up after a couple of minutes.

TERRIBLE service. The cashiers have no clue what they are doing here, they act as if they have the hardest job in the world. The employees here follow you around like a dog. I get it, I am a teenager so they right away assume I will steal, but come on. This elderly lady associate was giving me the nastiest looks and basically breathing on me. My mom and I always go to this sephora but wow never again.
