The hispanic lady running the floor is rude and unprofessional. I had so much money to spend but she turned me away.
There appeared to be a lot of people working in the store and only one cashier. The line was long and they couldn’t care less and she never got help. Absolute apathy.
15 employees.. one girl at the checkout. I mentioned it to the 5 employees near the front door doing what looked like absolutely nothing. Asked if one of them was the manager. She just smiled at me and didn't answer the question. I told her when the line is six customers deep and they don't care. Means I don't care to come back.
Awesome experience! I came in today in search of a new foundation. Stephanie was so helpful and had so much patience as she helped me find my perfect match.
