Sephora staff is VERY friendly and helpful. I loved the one-to-one service.
The girl at the register at 8pm last night had 0 customer service. I just got off of a 12 hour shift and needed to gab two things before heading home and was treated like a complete inconvenience for being in the store 15 min before closing. Next time I’ll just order online from the actual brand or go to ulta. Hire better people Sephora.
