Please do yourself a favor and do not use the freestanding Sephora store in Westfield Bay Shore NY. Brought my stepdaughter in for a makeover Jan 4th and left with an incredibly disappointed kid and a makeup job that looked like it was done by a toddler. The girl was very sweet, but the lack of training was very clear. We asked her to fix it and this was the final look. Sprayed a sample on my wrist at the Herald Square NYC Sephora And was then treated like I stole perfume from Sephora!! Even though I’m a Rouge Beauty Insider with Sephora I was treated like a criminal for spraying a sample of perfume on my wrists! Wow, Sephora, take a lesson from Starbucks and retrain your employees before I ever shop with you again! I’ll go to Maceys

Was in last night with my stepdaughter to browse, and had a great experience! Leilani was so kind and patient. She really took the time to teach and show her how to recreate the look that she was doing. Thanks again! We will definitely be back soon!
