Horrendous service. Appalling to be treated in such a manner by the manager in particular and the rest of the team follow her bad example. These employees give Sephora a terrible image. I have been a customer of Sephora for many years and have made purchases in several countries this location (Santa Monica) is the worst by far when it comes to service.

I went in to see the foundations no one said hello no one asked if I needed assistance the associates where talking to each other I went all around and only the chashier was friendly and nice she greeted me and my husband I fell inlove with the Chanel fragrance Gabrielle I tried by my self and my husband purchased for me.
Great service asked for my perfume it wasn't on the showcase but I had someone help me and she went ahead and checked for my favorite perfume and there were 2 left and I'm happy!!
