The sephora employees were helpful if we asked questions when I went up to ask. However the store was not kept well, all the products had a good layer of dust on them and the baskets had caked in dust which means it has not been clean in a long time. All the testers I wanted to try where empty all the MILK blushes and products were empty. Beth and Tara and Isabelle are so friendly and helpful. Lyn is rude and condescending and made us feel really uncomfortable. She talked down to me several times. Made me want to never go back.

This store is not all hype the workers seem LAZY I asked them questions about makeup and what they recommend and whatever they recommend was definitely not the hype ok store to shop at but overrated and overpriced for a few items

This is an anonymous account, so my name doesn’t match who I am in person. However, I felt compelled to write this review, especially for a wonderful employee at the Flatirons Sephora. I believe it was earlier this week, possibly Wednesday, when I had an amazing experience thanks to a kind and dedicated staff member (whose name I, unfortunately, can’t recall I think it might be Inez as that is on my shipping order!).
