I’ve always had positive experiences at this Sephora, which is why today’s visit was so disappointing. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. No one greeted us when we entered the store, even though employees were nearby. A short time later, a white couple walked in and was greeted warmly, which made the difference in how we were treated stand out and left us feeling singled out.
