I’ve always had positive experiences at this Sephora, which is why today’s visit was so disappointing. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. No one greeted us when we entered the store, even though employees were nearby. A short time later, a white couple walked in and was greeted warmly, which made the difference in how we were treated stand out and left us feeling singled out. I always have mixed experiences here. But today it was just outrageous. Girl with purple hair that worked today 5/12/2026 at 5:00pm was just straight up rude. First she didn’t greet us when we came in but when a white person came around she was so polite and helped them. I have no issue if they don’t want to help me but if they make it obvious that they don’t want me around them or they are making judgments by giving dirty looks and getting in your way without saying excuse me or anything, is just rude!
