Having visited Dr. Solani many times, he's always been very informative and willing to answer questions. The problem is he overbooks, resulting in long waiting times. His admin staff is quite simply rude and discourteous. They apparently believe an appointment time is like a lottery ticket--IOW, if you have an appointment, it means they get to decide when and if you see the doctor.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
