I chose Dr. Sepe because his profile stated that he speaks Italian, which I considered important as an Italian patient needing to communicate medical concerns accurately. I drove for over an hour—not because I was expecting extraordinary skills from this doctor, but solely because of the language support. I initially chose Dr. Sepe because he's a doctor who graduated in Rome, Italy(and his family name might have an Italian origin).However, my first disappointment was that he didn't speak Italian during the appointment, opting for English instead. The second letdown was when, after the initial visit, he scheduled all follow-up appointments but on the day of the blood test he had prescribed, I discovered that he no longer accepts my insurance.A fact he never communicated through messages or calls.
