Phil Sepanski is the absolute BEST counselor in the Quad Cities!! He is very easy to talk to! He listens to your needs, and has compassion! I Wouldn’t go to anyone else! He has brought me a long way, and it is because of his WONDERFUL counseling! You will be so GLAD you went to him!
